Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payment of Fees

  • The Client may pay by Credit or Debit card, UPI or Net Banking, depending on your choice through a payment link from payments@guardians.life.
  • Cardholders’ accounts will be automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date of the corresponding month every year unless expressly communicated by the Client or the Company to the other Party that the subscription will not be renewed at least 7 days before the renewal date.
  • If the payment is made through other methods or the card transaction fails, a request for payment will be made after which a payment link will be sent from payments@guardians.life to the Client’s given email address.
  • If the payment is not made within 7 days after the renewal date, the subscription shall immediately lapse.
  • Discounts, rebates or other special offers may only be valid for the initial term unless otherwise expressly stated.
  • The Company may terminate the subscription and these terms if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit or debit card information.
  • The right of access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees.

Cancelling Account

  • The Client can cancel their subscription by emailing us at support@guardians.life.
  • The only valid method for cancelling any subscriptions is via e-mail.
  • Once you intimate that you wish to cancel your membership subscription, you will not lose access immediately but it will be cancelled in 5 business days.

Refunds

  • Subscription fees become non-refundable after five (5) working days of the subscription’s start date
  • The Client may cancel a renewed subscription by contacting Guardians within three (3) calendar days after the renewal date to receive a full refund of the new subscription fees
