How exactly does Guardians help?

Guardians is India’s fastest medical emergency network, connecting you to a doctor in less than 10 seconds to provide immediate medical advice, as well as the right on-ground medical help (soon in less than 10 minutes!). We also work with hospitals to notify them in advance of a patient’s arrival and enable them to prepare for the same.

What are the services offered by Guardians?

We are currently offering Protect, which will connect you to a doctor in less than 10 seconds, and match you to the right ambulance and hospital. For more details, please check our Plans/Products page here. Note that Protect is currently live only in Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore. We will launch our Premium service in the next few months.

How do I activate my Guardians subscription?

You can activate your Guardians subscription by clicking on the "Activate" button, choosing your plan, and making a payment for the same. Following successful activation, you can set up an emergency health profile for yourself and up to 6 family members.

How do I use Guardians in case of an emergency?

If you are a registered user, all you need to do is call us on our helpline (911-911-7995) or through the SOS button on any of our partners’ applications or websites, and you will be connected to a doctor in less than 10 seconds, who will then guide you from thereon.If you are a non-registered user, please call us on 911-911-7995 and you will be connected to a call centre agent who will ask you to confirm your basic details. You will then be patched through to a doctor.

Which locations are Guardians currently live in?

None of our products are currently live. Our Protect product is currently under development and will be available in Delhi-NCR from December 2022. We will launch Protect in other major cities soon.

How many ambulances and services are currently in your network?

Currently, we have just over 1,000 ambulances and 100 hospitals in our network, all in Delhi-NCR.

Which cities is the Guardians Protect plan offered in?

Guardians Protect is currently under development and will be available in Delhi-NCR from December 2022. We will launch Protect in other major cities soon.

How do I activate my Guardians subscription?

Activation process is being worked upon at the moment. We’ll be launching this soon.

Do I need to share my medical details?

In a medical emergency, getting accurate information about the patient can be problematic and time-taking. Sharing details about your medical history in advance enables our medical staff to provide you with the most suitable emergency care for you and can save several precious minutes when trying to treat you.

What precautions are you taking to protect and keep my data safe?

We are compliant with ISO 27001, which requires us to continuously monitor and upgrade our data security protocols. Furthermore, we ensure that all the tools we may use to store your data are also ISO 27001 compliant.

My company has signed up for your services, but I have not activated my account yet. Can I still use your services?

No, you still need to activate your account in order to use our services.

What if I have an emergency, but I am not subscribed?

You can call us on our helpline 911-911-7995 and we will attend to you immediately. We will charge an incident-based fee for this, which will vary between Rs. 2000-5000 depending on the city, the vehicle being used, the distance travelled, etc.
